The package deals are as follows:
3 Day (Monday to Friday) £127.00 Per Person
2 Day (Friday to Sunday) £87.00 Per Person
1 Day (Saturday only)£50.00 Per Person
Dinner / Dance Only £30.00 Per Person
Meals
All the above include bed, breakfast, evening meal and formal dinner on the Saturday night.
Payment
We will accept The post dated system that was so successful in the past years, i.e. For each package a 50% deposit with the application, allong with another cheque post dated for the balance. Dated 1St August to enable the cost to be spread over a fair period.
Overseas members: The bank charges for cashing cheques other then U.K. based banks is almost £20.00 per £100 to us. Please try and send U.K. cheques or adjust the ammount to cover the bank charges.
Accomodation
Singles: Try and pal up in a twin room as single rooms are limited.
Car Parking
There is ample parking at the hotel at no extra charge
Bar Prices
The hotel has agreed to lay on a 'Happy Hour' on the Friday and Saturday night during dinner
